| Payment Policies |
The amount corresponding to your reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card, as long as your reservation will be confirmed. Then the legend “CANCUN CARIBE TOURS” will appear in your statement.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express for the payment of your reservation. If you don’t have any of them, you can send us a bank transfer. For further information please contact one of our travel consltants. |

| Cancellation Policies |
| Any request for cancellation, must be informed in writing via mail to your assigned travel consultant, citing your reservation number.
At the time of booking, cancellation policies apply to the tour, will be deployed automatically on the screen to their attention. Here are our general policies of cancellation, applicable for most tours. |

- Reservations cancelled before 3 days or more before the date of service, are subject to a chargeof 10% of the total amount of your booking.
- Reservations cancelled 2 to 0 days before the day of service or if not reach, the charge will be50% of the total amount of your booking.
- The total refund applies in the following cases: when the service is cancelled by the supplier or illness showing a medical prescription
